Derek Hackney started this journey 24 years ago in the Chicagoland Suburbs and has learned every aspect of the property management business and has constantly stayed up to date on the newest technology and regulations to keep his business strong. Derek also has an equally long career as an investor, knowing the ins and outs of everything real estate investment related. Now here in Sarasota he is joined by his son Aiden who brings 2 years of real estate experience, he has great knowledge of the Sarasota markets, including the investment side.
